QuestionIs there an auto-off feature when temperatures reach below the Min. operating temperature (-4F) to prevent damage to the cameras? If not, how would you suggest wiring this product outside in climates that reach -15F for 5-15 days at a time?

- Answer Hi Joe. That is not a feature these cameras have. We would not recommend using the cameras outdoors if the temperature exceeds the cameras min and max operating temperature ranges. Indoor use should be fine. Using them outside the recommended temperature range could cause damage to the camera. Thank you for shopping Night Owl.

- Answer this to me is intrusive and forces app downloads.. the bluetooth i guess is their way to authorize.. plus it automatically unlocks your dvr if you are close to the dvr with your phone

- Answer Hi Chris. Yes, the spotlight can be disabled for one or more cameras if desired. This can be done at the DVR/NVR level or remotely via the App. This may come in handy for cameras that are installed inside the home, or during special events where you anticipate a lot of camera activity.
