That is why we always advocate for the best solution to be our CCTV based wired DVR or NVR systems. Our Wi-Fi based NVR systems can include solar, battery, or A/C powered Wi-Fi cams, but they all connect to the recorders built-in Wi-Fi network, not your home network and internet. For this camera, you could leverage the MicroSD card and remove the wi-fi access, but that would also remove app activity notifications, battery level minders, etc. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
