Thank you for the question and happy to try and help. Our Wi-Fi based cameras are dependent on several factors for signal strength and distance. With clear line of site our cameras can be positioned up to 300 ft from our tested Wi-Fi hubs. Weaker signal and objects in the path drastically reduce this distance. Denser obstructions like stone or brick sizably reduce the ability of any wi-fi signal to connect at distance. Our best practice is to ensure you understand the return policy of the retailer you are buying from and then test the item in the proper timeframe for return if it doesn't work.
