Ultimately depends on your usages. If you have the spotlight and audo siren/alerts on for every recording and set to the max timing of 60 second recordings, the battery could last up to two weeks. Otherwise, without those the battery should last up to 3 months. It only comes with 2 Lithium, and additional can be ordered on the Night Owl website for $25.

The lifespan between charges is dependent on your connection and chosen settings. How much activity is in the viewing area as well as your chosen level of sensitivity all impact battery life. We do offer solar panel chargers to keep the batteries topped off and provide you minimal manual intervention to charge. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
