• These cameras are not intended for stand-alone use. You must connect them to a compatible Night Owl recorder. Once that is done, yes you can remotely view them from any iOS or Android Smart Device (Smartphone or Tablet). Thank you!

• Yes, but again you want the camera that networks to your DVR system using coax cable. They make it.
