- Answer These cameras have to be connected to a compatible wired Night Owl DVR. (email sales@nightowlsp.com for assistance). These are not stand-alone cameras. Rather they are add-on cameras that only function with compatible Night Owl recorders. Thank you!

- Answer No, these C50X 5MP cameras are not compatible with our DP2 Series DVR. Our DP2 DVR is capped at 1080p resolution. These are compatible with our wired 5MP DVRs. Thank you for choosing Night Owl!

- Answer Hi van. We do have some 1080p cameras without spotlights. Please call 1-866-979-0580 at your convenience to discuss available options. Yes, the spotlight can be disabled for one or more cameras if desired. This can be done at the DVR/NVR level or remotely via the App. This may come in handy for cameras that are installed inside the home, or during special events where you anticipate a lot of camera activity. For more information on disabling the spotlight, please refer to your product's support material on our support site, linked below. - Answer It doesn't matter. Night Owl systems advertise great performance and (even better) 24/7 support. Guess what? None of that is true. Take your Night Owl system back to where you bought it and get a different system. You will be much happier :):)
