• It doesn't matter. Night Owl systems advertise great performance and (even better) 24/7 support. Guess what? None of that is true. Take your Night Owl system back to where you bought it and get a different system. You will be much happier :):)

• C50XL are 5MP cameras. C20XL are 2MP (1080p cameras). Your C20XL DVR is capped at 1080p resolution and will not work with cameras that exceed that resolution. Thank you!
