Q: QuestionI purchased Night Owl Reflective Outdoor Yard Stake Sign Yellow/Black, How to use decals that came with it, I can't peel it? It is yellow and I can see printing if I hold up to light and I suppose you are to peel it, well I am unable to peel it !
