No. It'll work, but not very well. This lens is designed for cameras with DX sensors, which are smaller than the full frame FX sensor. You'll likely have noticeable vignetting at the corners of the image, particularly at shorter focal lengths, and focusing may be dodgy. Using DX lenses on an FX body is not recommended.
