The Nikon AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm F3.5-4.5G ED lens, while it is optimized for DX-format cameras, will still work beautifully with the Nikon D810 FX-format camera. This lens offers a wide-angle view that is ideal for shooting photos of landscapes, interiors and architecture, as well as close-ups. However, because the lens is optimized for DX-format cameras there will be cropping factor when taking photos with the D810. To learn more about DX cropping please contact Nikon Support.
