• Yes, their is a selector switch on the left side of the lens for manual/automatic mode and manual only.

• Yes. There is a switch on the side of the lens for auto focus with manual override (MA) and full manual (M).

• Yes there is a manual mode. You just flip the AF switch off.

• Yes, this lens has both instant override via the focus ring or a M/A switch if you'd prefer to switch to full time manual only focus (or you can use the switch on your camera).
