Absolutely! The Nikon D3200 is compatible with manual Nikkor telephoto lenses, but will have to be manually focused as that camera does not have a built-in focus motor. AF-S and newer E-type lenses are completely compatible with the Nikon D3200 and have built-in motors for autofocusing.
