will this lens fit a D5000. and vis this a fisheye? null

This is not a fisheye lens, it's a telephoto. It works well with my D3000. Go to your local store and mount on your camera to see if it fits, it should. If unsure how to change the lens yourself, google it. There's a nice video on how to change your lenses correct.
