No. Although some exotic adapter may exist, even if you got it, the lens would not autofocus, VR would not function and your camera could only shoot in M mode. Spend less money and get the Sony Alpha lenses and proper adapter for them.

You will need to get in contact with the manufacture of the third equipment for compatibility information with our products.
