“Would this Lens work good with sports like Football and Basketball?”

• It is a very fast lens (f/2.8) lens which would be great for sports but you would have to get much too close to fill the camera frame. Better options would be the 24-70 f/2.8 and 70-200 f/2.8

• Not really. This lens is more suited for Landscape and close up portrait. A 200mm or 300mm lens would be better.
