• Physical compatibility with a teleconverter depends on the lens being used and not the camera. If the lens is compatible with a teleconverter it can be used on any Nikon digital SLR. The AF-S DX NIKKOR 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6G ED VR Lens is not compatible with teleconverters due to way DX format lenses are constructed. For further assistance please contact Nikon Support.
