No. Care should be taken to use only the Charging AC adapter EH-71P with the UC-E21 USB cable or the external battery charger MH-65, to charge the Nikon EN-EL12 battery. Using a power supply other than those provided or sold by Nikon could result in overheating, damage or malfunction to the Nikon COOLPIX S9900 digital camera.
