I've used a mini USB cable to transfer photos to my PC, so as long as the computer supports USB I would expect that would work. The camera has to be powered on for the computer to see the memory.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The Nikon D3500 DSLR camera is compatible with the optional UC-E20 Micro USB Cable. This cable will allow you to connect with any computer or laptop for file transfer. You can also download images to a computer or laptop by taking the memory card out of the camera and placing it in a card reader. Another option the Nikon D3500 has for image transfer is the camera's built-in Bluetooth, which allows you to connect the camera to a compatible smart device that's running Nikon's free SnapBridge application. This allows the camera to have a constant and reliable connection for easy image transfer and sharing.
