“my question is can i use this camera to broadcast my live self to my stream ? for example look at attached picture (it is a still frame from a actual stream ) i currently use a Logitech webcam but want to upgrade my quality of video .”

Nikon Cameras, like the D3500, were not designed to be used as a Live Stream Camera. Nikon does not make software that can allow for this use.
