The Nikon D3500 can record for 29 minutes and 59 seconds at 720p at 50 frames per second this is the case for up to 1080p at 30 frames per second. At 1080p 50 frames per second and 60 frames per second the D3500 can record for 20 minutes. All Digital SLR Cameras will have the maximum video time set to 29 minutes and 59 seconds.
