• Fantastic! You gotta play around with your settings a bit and have a long shutter speed of course, but the pictures turn out great! My coworker has one and he shoots the northern lights with them.

• This camera can perform very well when taking night photography, so long as you have the proper settings, the sensor on the D3500 is more than capable of capturing incredible shots of the moon and the stars.
