“I've got an older Nikon D50, that I've been using since I purchased it. I am wondering if, I was to purchase the D5600, can I use the 55 to 200 lens on the camera. I use the 55 to 200 lens for, almost, everything. I, also, have an older 18 to 55mm lens.”

The Nikon D5600 DSLR DX-format camera is fully compatible with AF-S, AF-P and newer E-type lenses. As long as you're using lenses that are designated as those types than you'll have no trouble using them with the D5600. AF and AI-type lenses can also be used but will have some limitation.
