“Is this camera too advanced for a beginner who wants to learn more about photography?”

• It is a little advanced but not much harder that the Nikon I had before this one. I have been shooting for awhile but I bought a beginners book for photography which will give you all the basics

• This product can be used with automatic mode for photography for a beginner. It is good for learning because it is a great camera and as you learn more you can change settings to give your photos the effects you desire.
