• My understanding of that is. It is a Bad Battery Pack. And needs to be replaced.

• The charging lamp on the MH-25 battery charger should be blinking slowly while the Nikon EN-EL15 rechargeable li-ion battery is being charged in it. If the Charge lamp flashes quickly (about 8 times a second) during charging, confirm that the temperature is the correct range and then unplug the charger and remove and reinsert the battery. If the problem persists, cease use immediately, and contact Nikon Support for further assistance.
