Hi Amanda, The answer is yes provided you leverage the FTZ mount adapter which is an additional $250, but Nikon is offering a promotion when bundled with the Z6ii, and the Z7ii for only $50. Please note that the FTZ adapter will support 360 different F mount lenses only.

With the FTZ adapter many Nikon and 3rd party lenses may be used. They need to have built in focus motors or they will not focus. Some third party lenses may required a firmware update. See their websites and see the Nikon website for more details.
