Yes, but the Z7ii is a full frame sensor camera, not a cropped sensor. DX lenses are designed to focus on a cropped sensor, so it will focus the image only on a portion of the Z7ii’s full frame sensor. So you won’t be able to take advantage of all of the Z7ii’s megapixels. (This would be the case any time you used DX lenses on any full frame camera.). Also, I aasume your DX lenses are F mount, so you will also need the F-to-Z mount adapter.
