The Overview states it can fully charge a phone three times (or, with three USB ports, it can charge three phones once, simultaneously). My best guess is that a person's phone typically stays charged for one day. So with three "charges" in a fully charged unit, that could equate to three days of charges. I do not have this unit, so I cannot be sure, but that is the way I understand it from reading the Overview section. I am not sure if this is helpful or not.
