• Hello cpabeancounter, We would like to inform you that the brew temperatures vary on the brew setting selected. It will brew at a temperature to produce the best tasting coffee. It takes approximately 9 minutes to brew a full carafe on Classic brew. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
