It should fit in the same space as other coffee makers. Refilling the water is easy, lift up slightly on the water reservoir, and away to remove. Has a sort of a handle on the side. Can fill the tank at the sink. Loading grinds in the machine should also not be an issue, filter unit swings forward, and then lift up. Frother is on the left of the machine, and also swings around.
