Ninja has their own cleaner. Just dump it in and run it through a cycle. The older the maker is, the harder it is to clean. Sounds gross but when the cleaner quits working, use vinegar. It works
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. When it’s time to clean, the letters “CLN” will flash on the screen and it will beep. There is a clean cycle option you can choose. It involves a mixture of water and white distilled vinegar. There are many YouTube videos about this process, I would start there. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is the easiest coffee maker to clean, the water reservoir comes off so it can be cleaned often. Of course the carafe is cleaned often too. It is the best coffee maker I have ever owned.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Add up to 4 cups of undiluted white vinegar to the reservoir. Let stand 30 minutes. Run the vinegar through a brewing cycle. Completely rinse the reservoir out and refill. Follow with two to three cycles of fresh water until the vinegar smell is gone. They suggest you do this monthly, but it depends on how hard your water is and how much you use it, but this method works great for me. If I am running short on time I will just run the vinegar without letting it sit, (which I do more often than not), and I don't actually notice a big difference, but this is my first reservoir coffee maker in a long time, so time will tell for me. But that works with all auto-drip that I have ever used.
