“Does the vacuum feature work in other modes besides juicing? For example, if I were to make a smoothie with the auto IQ option will it still remove air from the cup/jar the same way it does when juicing?”

You can remove the air after mixing. But you are not able to add the function into the other pre-stored options. If you juice it automatically does it. But there is a button you can press and it will take out the air from the containers. You just have to be sure to use the air seal release valve before trying to open the containers!

To vacuum blend, press DRINKSAVER. The unit will vacuum seal for approximately 15 seconds or until the vacuum seal is achieved. Then press desired blending program.
