“Okay what am I doing wrong. After my coffee brews ( I usually brew two cups). By the time I get back from my second cup the yellow light is off and the coffee pot has cooled down. How do I adjust the amount of time that my coffee pot stays warm?”

Hello JimU, We are happy to assist you with your inquiry about the Ninja® 12-Cup Coffee Maker. The warming plate is pre-programmed to stay on for 2 hours from the start of the brew. This can be lengthened up to 4 hours. To change the length of time the warming plate stays on, press and hold the "Stay Warm" button until the clock flashes. Quickly press the hour (H) or minute (M) buttons to adjust it to the preferred time. To lock in the time, press the "Stay Warm" button again. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thats odd, not sure if i had to do that at all. If you dont have the spec sheet just get it from their website and then consider it may be a bad one and pursue warranty, or make use of BestBuy and the extras they sell you for situations like this

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I prefer paper filters- the reusable one broke after few weeks of use (the mesh came away from the plastic and would stab my fingers every time i washed it- until the mesh completely seperated.)
