• Well you have to put ice in the glass & the coffee comes out cold

• YES! It has an automatic ice brew setting and seems to work very well. I have only used it for my thermos (haven't done a full pot yet) but the directions are simple, fill pot with ice, put in the right amount of grinds, choose the ice brew setting and let it work. My iced coffee was super good (rich) and I am eager to try it more as the weather warms up. I love this coffee maker and it's flexibility to brew a single cup to a full pot is very nice...and the rich brew setting makes a great cup of coffee, even with the lowest amount of grounds.
