- Answer Yes, this will make one single cup, one travel size mug, half a pot and a full pot. It comes with a coffee scooper that has the needed coffee amount for each size also.

QuestionDo i have to add the water every time I want to brew or will it take the correct amount of water from the reservoir for what I requested it to brew? I just have to add the grounds, correct?

- Answer The reservior holds enough to brew a whole pot of coffee. If you just brew a single cup then yes, it will only take enough water to make that cup. You can make more cups with what's left, but you'll have to fill it to the full mark to make a pot. The minimum needed for each size (cup, travel, half and full) is marked on the reservior, but certain brews can use less water than others.

- Answer No it has a permanent filter. If you don’t want to use the permanent filter you can remove it and use cone paper filter.

For example the CF020 includes Ninja Smart™ Scoop, 3-Piece Paper Filter Kit, and 10-Recipe Coffee Inspiration Guide. - Answer Hello Lacey, We would like you to know that the Over Ice Brew is designed to brew hot coffee over ice to lock in the flavor for rich, smooth iced coffee. Make sure your cup, travel mug, or carafe is filled all the way to the top with ice cubes. We also want you to know that we recommend using ice cubes and not shaved or crushed ice. The shaved or crushed ice could melt to fast causing an overflow while brewing. We hope this information helps. The Customer Support Team

QuestionMy Ninja used to work fine. Now, on a full pot, why does it keep stopping at the single serving amount? I keep pressing the classic and rich brew button to make the coffee pot keep brewing. What needs to happen to make this work properly? Thanks.

QuestionHow tall is this coffee maker, including when the lid is in the up position for the ground coffee area and the water reservoir? What are the dimensions right to left and front to back?

- Answer the basket slides out so there is no lid to flip up. The reservoir twists then lifts off. You might need a couple of inches past the listed height to easily remove it but the reservoir is great because you can fill it in the sink and then twist it back onto the coffee pot. Super easy!
