No, it uses no. 4 conical filters.

No you can not use K-Cups, this is a regular coffee machine with its own coffee filter, no paper filters required, but I prefer to use the coffee filters. Great coffee machine. Last coffee machine was a Keurig, so much happier with the Ninja.
