Hmmmm. Normally, it is press the on/off button, set the amount of cups you want to brew, and then hit the Brew button, by choosing Classic, or Rich.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are not brewing a fresh cup, press the heater button on the bottom plate to simply warm the pot. Also, make sure you are not brewing with the "ice" setting on.
