How often on average does this have to be cleaned? null

We were relying on the machine itself to let us know what it needs to be cleaned. In 18 months, it alerted us to clean it once. It has since developed a clog and the cleaning cycle will not complete. I am going to have to take it to the store and have it repaired. I recommend cleaning it on a specific schedule depending on your quality of water. In our case, once every 4 months or so.

A clean cycle should be run when the CLEAN light is illuminated orange. We also suggest you run a clean cycle if you notice a significant increase in brew time.
