- Answer In general, when using convection ovens (the same principle as air fryers) for recipes written for conventional ovens, the temperature should be lowered by 25 degrees. You can keep the same amount of time; but I usually shorten the time a little, or at least check it earlier. It make take a few tries until you get it the way you want it. But definitely lower the temp 25 degrees.

- Answer Both require about the same counter space when in use. I personally prefer the oven because I have more access to the inside and more cooking area with2 shelves that can be in use at the same time.

QuestionWill the baking dish or pan stay balanced on the oven rack when it is pulled out to remove dish? In other words, is the rack completely stable on the side tracks and not dip to the back or front of the oven?

- Answer It can slide out almost to the end of the rack. But it is easier to take it out because of the size and you will be so close to the heat. Plus you will definitely let out all your heat

- Answer You could. Because even if the settings don't go as high as 4 hours, you have the ability to manually set the time and temp. However at this point you would especially need to supervise the roasting/baking event with more attention.

- Answer The best thing to use for easy cleaning is very hot water Clorox and Dawn Antibacterial Dish soap. Im a bit heavy handed when it comes to both so I know for a fact it's clean by the time I'm done wiping it out. I also try to get into a habit of wiping it out after each use.
