• Which of the two responses is correct??? If dehydrate temp is as low as 85, doesn't it seem proofing would be an acceptable function.

• Yes you can as the Models with the dehydrate function go as low as 75* F. The ideal temp for proofing is 33-34* Celsius which is approximately 92.5*F

• This system would not be used for proofing bread as the temperature does not go below 150F.
