• This item comes with two different lids. Depending on what mode you are using will determine which lid you use.

• Not sure if you are pressure cooking or using one of the other cooking features. Be sure when using the pressure lid(the lid can be used in non-pressure uses like the slow cooker) to make sure the lid arrows line up and are locked.
