• From what I have read in the owners manual, you will make the yogurt directly in the pot as a batch. Once it is done then you would separate into your jars.

• You can make a jam pretty easily with this, you can even bake a cake. So far the pressure cooker is what I use most to tenderize cheaper pieces of meat for the family because on a budget this is one of your best friends
