Yes. It has an oven feature and set to desired temp and warm.

Yes, and sometimes the food comes out better than it was when it was first cooked. The one thing that it can warm up best that I've found so far is chicken wings from the deli - they are amazing warmed up in the Ninja Foodi 5-in-1 Indoor Grill
