QuestionI just bought the SP100. I understand the only difference is the dehydrate feature, otherwise I’m led to believe it is the same as SP101. So my question is: What grade of stainless steele is used for the pan, rack, and basket? thank you

QuestionHi, I just purchased the older model and am wondering if it can used to dehydrate manually even though there isn't a setting for that. Since mine is still unopened, I'm thinking of returning it & getting the newer model. Response would be appreciated.

QuestionHow do I clean the inside above the air fryer basket?

- Answer We are happy to inform you that there is a back door to access the interior of the unit. Flip the oven into the storage position, push the button to release the back door and use hot soapy water and a soft cloth to wash the ovens interior.

QuestionIn Question # 2 you say their is only 3" between the rack and cooking element . SO how can you have room to bake a cake? in the store most ovens have about 6'' of head room

- Answer We are happy to assist you with this. to bake a cake in this system, you can use a pan with the dimensions up to 13" x 13" x 2". We do not recommend filling the pan to the top, as cake mix will rise during the baking process.
