“After setting pressure time, takes several minutes for cooker to warm to temperature. If I wish to pressure coik my chicken for 21 minutes and the clock ticks down to 11 minutes before it warms, must I then reset timer so I can get lost 10min? Should I?”

Hello Sparky7427, We are happy to assist you with your Ninja - Foodi™ with Tendercrisp™ 6.5 Quart Multi-Cooker. As pressure builds in the unit, the control panel will display rotating lights. Pressurizing time varies, depending on the amount of ingredients and liquid in the pot. The display will show rotating lights during this time and when the unit reaches the proper temperature, the time you set will begin counting down. When cook time is complete, the unit will beep, automatically switch to Keep Warm mode, and start counting up from 00:00. You do not need to adjust the cooking time. We hope this information helps.
