  • QuestionIs this similar to a bunt pan?

    Asked by MaRtAiSmE.

    • Answer Yes it is like a Bundt pan but smaller in diameter of a normal one. Also the bottom and center are a separate piece from the sides so the sides can slide down off of the4 cake while it is still on the base and center.

  • QuestionCan you use it in the oven?

    Asked by RLRAAGBJ.

    • Answer Yes, the pan can be used in the oven as it is full stainless. This is indicated in their manual, which you can find here: https://www.cuisinart.com/globalassets/catalog/cookware/everyday-saucepans/3-quart-saucepan-with-cover/7193-20.pdf, but I have also included an excerpt of below: Cooking Temperature in Oven Cuisinart® Chef's Classic™ Stainless Cookware can be used in the oven without damage. Naturally, the handle as well as the pan will become hot. Use potholders to prevent burns. The cookware can be used in the oven at any baking temperature up to 550°F and can go from burner to broiler to table when placed on a heat-resistant trivet.
