“Is this strong enough to make ice cream? If so will it give the correct texture?”

Yes! I’ve been making dairy free ice cream so,smoothing frozen coconut milk,frozen bananas frozen non dairy milk it has grinded right through until smooth. One really good recipe with dairy Whisk 2 cups heavy whipping with tsp vanilla pour into ice cubes tray freeze 2-3 hours and then blend in food processor attachment with 4cups fresh peaches or fresh mangos or strawberries basically any fruit and your choice of sweetener amazing results!
