Please reach out to our team by phone at 1-800-365-0135; we would be happy to look into this for you. On the other hand, the filters you mentioned are not included in the box. However, you can find them online for purchase.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine didn't have a filter with it either. This model has a hardness test strip and automatically tells you when it needs cleaned due to water hardness. I don't believe this has a filter system.
