I got this recently and unboxed the unit. I noticed two things, 1st is the screen have 3 dimple or dents and light scratches, is that normal? 2nd, my unit did not come with the filter housing and the sample charcoal filter, is that the case? null

Mine didn't have a filter with it either. This model has a hardness test strip and automatically tells you when it needs cleaned due to water hardness. I don't believe this has a filter system.
