You have to push the power button on and then push the button for whatever process you want to do.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The power button s/b pressed ON and one of containers needs to be seated in place with top securely in place per instruction manual. Without the container/lid seated in place, it will not function. This is a safety feature since this appliance could do some serious bodily harm w/o them.
