How does top come off?? null

You push the button down and it releases.

The lid is secured by a handle that when lowered flush with the unit locks in place. There is a safety lock that prevents the unit from working unless the lid is properly locked in place. Opening the lid switches the power off.

Hi. If you are talking about the top that goes on the 72 oz pitcher, there is a button on the top of the lid that says 'release' and you just press that and the lid pops off. If you are talking about the pitcher itself coming off of the blender you twist it on and off as you would any blender. If you look at the attached picture you can see how to line up the pitcher on the blender, then you just twist to the left and it will lock it in place.

The Ninja Mega Kitchen cover works as follows: Holding the lid by the handle in the upright position, place it on top of the pitcher aligning the arrow located on the lid with the arrow located on the pitcher’s handle.
