QuestionI'm looking for a good blender that isn't crazy expensive. And something that can blend SILKY SMOOTH textures when blending nuts, seeded fruits, stringy fruits...had surgery for cancer, and I can't eat nuts & seed particles. Only silky smooth textures?

- Answer It comes with a small recipe booklet with some suggestions. But I wouldn't rely on just that book if you are new to using a blender or processor. You can go online and get lots of recipes to use both appliances.
